All right. Should you really be cycling ketones? Should you stop taking them for a while and then start back up? And the answer is actually no. I recommend cycling supplements most of most of the time. Um I recommend supp cycling workouts. Um recommend cycling. Just kidding. But uh I don’t recommend cycling uh ketones. And the reason why is I’ve been doing this for 10 years and I’ve watched it. So I’ve cycled a couple times and you just don’t feel good. Like so ketones are a fuel or food for your brain. So there’s no dependency on them. It’s something that your body would naturally have already produced on its own for most of existence. So we’re just giving it a fuel source and you just you just keep sustainability off. Now what some people may need to do and I’ve had people drink this for eight years and they’re like I just don’t know if it’s working as well. They stop for a month. They’re like oh yeah I forgot that knee used to hurt and I used to sleep like crap. I used to have no energy. So you can do it to test yourself but you don’t need to do it to feel better.
