We’ve got that nice grip all the way around there. So, it’s very easy to get the cap off. Of course, you got that safety seal right there on the top. So, let’s go ahead and peel that on back. Just like that. And then this right here is what your vitamin looks like right there. Just to give you guys an idea for size, there it is up against my finger right there. Believe this is a number one capsule. It could be a triple0ero capsule. Uh I’m kind of bad at judging capsule size, but it seems to be on the smaller size right there. So, this is formulated for women, but just to show you guys how easy it goes down, I’m going to go ahead and take it. Then we’re going to talk about how it’s formulated for women. Ah, goes down with ease. No issues there. Smell. There’s a little bit of a smell there. It’s kind of like a berry type of smell is what I’m getting from it. Uh, it’s chalk full of the vitamins and minerals and all the things that you’re going to want in there. And look you guys on the box right here, they kind of show it off a little bit better. So if y’all need to read any of that, you guys can get on that. But uh I was they also sent me the men’s one because this company did send this to me so that I could show it off to you guys. And um I was going through the nutrition facts on each of them right there. And I was noticing like there’s like a little bit of slight differences in some of the values that they have there. Like the women’s, let’s see, this one’s the women, that’s the men’s. The women’s had a bunch of uh copper in here, 900 micrograms, and the men only had two milligrams of that. So, there’s a little bit of a difference there. Um, and then also the women’s had iron, 18 milligrams of iron, and the men doesn’t have any iron in there. So, uh, otherwise it was just kind of smaller little differences here and there between a few of the different vitamins and whatnot. It’s vitamin A, uh, let’s see, make sure I’m reading the right one. The women one, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D3, you got E, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, B7, B5, calcium, iron, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, and malibium. I never know how to say that. M O L Y B D E N U M. That’s a hard word to say. It’s a hard word to spell. And they also have these uh on the bottom they have all these different blends uh of different extras for different types of things right here. So you have energy and metabolism, fiber, digestion blend, a hair, skin and nails beauty complex, and then a whole foods blend. And then the last is the vitamin K2 as MK7. The other ingredients in here is just a vegetable capsule, magnesium steroid, and silicon dioxide. So, there’s nothing too crazy going on in here. It says it’s formulated for women. It’s carefully crafted with essential nutrients and optimal dosages to support women’s daily needs, uh, health, vitality, and well-being. I want to point out that you get uh 90 capsules in this bottle right here. And they only suggest that you take one a day. So you have three months worth of a daily supplement right here if you just take one a day. So I thought that that was cool, too. Also, I want to point out the dark bottle uh right here so that the light can’t get to it because light can kind of degrad the vitamin over time.
