I’m going to give you important information about best vitamins that

with back problem in the Europe also is in similar kind of problems. Did you know that I graduated from the Faculty of Physical Medicine in 2000? Did you know that I also went to medical school before that? In 10 years of medical school, I didn’t learn 1 minute about what is healthy, a healthy lifestyle or natural medicine.. but about injections, surgeries, pills… Today, 99.99% of my patients are people who have been taking medications, injections, going to chiropractors or having surgeries for years… and no one believes in healthy living and natural remedies until they are in the worst phase of their illness… that’s very sad! chemical synthetic medication in chronic pain will 
not help you in in the 100 years. But a lot of you don’t understand it. That’s why we are getting

absorption. And my third recommendation is going to be vitamin C. It’s not only vital for immunity, 
it is also essential for collagen production. Collagen is protein that holds connective 
tissues together including tendons, ligaments and intervertebral disc. Without collagen, tissues 
are weakened or broken down leading to more back pain and degenerations. Bioflaminates and hence 
the absorptions of effectiveness of vitamin C. Usually if you have chronical back pain, you’ll 
need couple thousand micrograms daily, maybe three thousand, maybe four or 5,000 micrograms 
daily of vitamin C. And all those vitamins, they are not here to quickly repair your problems

solution for the chronical conditions, right? That’s why you only just need to take a pill. You 
will get an injection. You will be perfectly fine, right? You just need to crack your back and
