eating my breakfast tacos so you already know what time it is two month creatine update this is where i started and this was 30 days in and this is last month and then now so these photos were taken yesterday i don’t think i’ve ever been so proud of myself and i’m honestly so shocked that i haven’t implemented creatine sooner i had no idea how my body was going to react i’ve also been training really like obviously more intensely i’ve been eating more food so there’s a lot of other factors that are coming into play but the main difference is that i’ve started taking creatine so from when i started to last month and then from last month to now so 60 days basically i’m just i don’t know
