Started my day by taking my best bud for a walk. Then, I made a little nutrient-dense breakfast bowl. Spinach for vitamin A, vitamin K, magnesium. Six eggs for B vitamins, and choline. Some cottage cheese for more protein. Yes, that’s a Teflon pan. This is not my house. Added in some chicken sausage for more protein. Some pico de gallo for lycopine. sour cream for vitamin F, cheese for calcium, side of berries for antioxidants, sauerkraut for probiotics. Then I did some morning gratitude journaling. Greens for vitamin K1, broccoli sllo, some olive oil based dressing, steak for B vitamins, choline, and protein. Dates cuz they just go crazy in salads. Almonds for vitamin E, cheese for calcium. Ate this while I did some work. Before the gym, I had the usual two kiwis and banana for carbs and electrolytes. Also had some Legion stim free pre-workout code sills to save. Went to Rocky’s gym in Falmouth. Super cool spot. Had some random kid film me or farming. For dinner, went to a spot called Hooked to watch the Pats game. Super cool vibes. Got octopus as an appetizer. Massive portion here. Great source of omega-3s, protein, B12, zinc, iron, potassium, magnesium. Split that with the kiwi queen. For an entree, I got the tuna steak. Super rich in omega-3s, protein, B vitamins, vitamin A, vitamin D. Pats absolutely rinse the jets.
