I’d take five grams a day for muscle recovery and 15 grams a day for brain function. Second is magnesium glycinate. For my heart and my brain, I would take three tablets of cod liver oil with a highfat meal during the day. To cover any deficiencies that I’m having throughout the day, I would make sure I’m having a basic multivitamin and I’d have two tablets of these in the morning.
