Houston Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchisee, experienced one of its biggest growth years in 2025, according to a Jan. 14 news release from a company representative.

Last year, Houston Fitness Partners invested more than $28 million in gym expansions, which included a new Planet Fitness location near NRG Stadium.
The gym features a variety of strength, cardio and functional workout equipment, as well as amenities such as massage chairs and a booth with UV-free application of red light. Additionally, trainers at the gym lead a wide variety of small group training sessions for members.
One more thing
The gym is open from 4 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday and 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Basic memberships start at $15 per month.
