The Healing Touch Team will return to Greenwich High School on January 21 to offer biofield therapy sessions for GHS staff, continuing a wellness initiative that has been warmly received by the school community for many years.  This event is also sponsored by the Greenwich High School PTA.

In past visits, the Healing Touch Team primarily provided sessions for students. This January, the focus will shift to supporting faculty and staff, recognizing the increasing demands placed on educators and school professionals and the importance of caring for those who care for others.

Healing Touch is a gentle, evidence-based biofield therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to relax, rebalance, and heal. Practitioners use light touch or work just above the body to help clear congestion in the human energy field, promoting a sense of calm, reduced stress, and overall well-being. The practice is used in hospitals, schools, corporations and healthcare settings across the country as a complementary approach to stress reduction and self-care.

Research shows that biofield therapies such as Healing Touch may help improve health, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and support emotional resilience. For busy school staff, even a short session can provide a meaningful reset during the workday.

Members of the Healing Touch Team are professionally trained and certified, and sessions are noninvasive, relaxing, and tailored to each individual.  To learn more visit their website: http://www.healingtouchteam.com/

The Healing Touch Team looks forward to returning to Greenwich High School and offering this opportunity for restoration and support to the dedicated staff who play such a vital role in the school community.
