New OKC fitness studio creates community through high-energy group classes

OKLAHOMA CITY –

Club Fitness has officially opened its doors in Nichols Hills offering a range of high-energy group fitness classes designed to help members train smarter, push harder, and connect with others on their wellness journeys.

Built around the idea that fitness can be more motivating and effective when done together, the facility features three flagship class formats — Boxing, Cycle, and Strength — each led by elite instructors and tailored to challenge participants at every level of experience.

In the Boxing classes, participants glove up and work on fundamental punches and combos that build power, endurance, and confidence. Cycle classes combine rhythm-driven rides with upper-body and core strength elements for a full-body cardio experience. Strength sessions use dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, and other tools to develop muscle and improve overall fitness.

But beyond the workouts themselves, Club Fitness emphasizes the benefits of group training which is a trend health experts and fitness lovers alike say boosts motivation, accountability, and social connection.

Working out with others can encourage people to show up more consistently, push a bit harder, and enjoy their fitness routines more than they might on their own.

Club Fitness membership options include unlimited class access, a flexible four-class monthly plan, and drop-in rates so newcomers and busy professionals alike can find a schedule that fits their lifestyle.

The gym offers supervised childcare through its Kid’s Club, making it easier for parents to prioritize their health.
