THE Cavinder twins have revealed an incredible six-month body transformation after changing their workout routine.

They have taken to social media to show off how the twins have made major changes in just half a year.
The Cavinder twins have explained exactly how they have made the changes in such a short period.
“We used to chase skinny,” the Cavinder twins said on Instagram on Monday. “Which meant under-eating, over-training, and wondering why nothing ever grew, especially our glutes.
“For years we thought less food = better results. In reality, it just meant stalled progress, low energy, and bodies that couldn’t change.

“Once we started eating enough, following intentional macros, and training with purpose that’s when our bodies actually changed.”
The twins have made no secret of their previous body transformations.
Both sisters showed off their boob job results last year as they underwent surgery together.
Now they have looked to naturally enhance other body features.
“Glute growth doesn’t come from starving yourself,” the twins added. “It comes from fueling muscle, recovering properly, and trusting the process.”
They then went on to promote their fitness app Twogether as the twins encouraged their 461,000 followers to follow their lead.
Both twins played D-I college basketball for Miami where they helped the Hurricanes reach their first Elite Eight in the college’s history in 2023.
Fans have been left stunned by the twins’ incredible transformations.
“You guys look great so happy to see the progress,” one fan commented.
“My freakin girls,” another shared.
Their body transformation is part of Haley’s wedding preparations ahead of marrying 27-year-old Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson.
Haley has stunned on the sidelines at Cowboys games throughout the 2025 NFL season.
They shared a sweet sideline moment after Ferguson helped the Cowboys to down the Kansas City Chiefs earlier in the campaign.
The pair have also previously featured at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit show during Miami Swim Week in June 2024.
