Warren Station in River Run Village in Keystone will host an Ecstatic Dance event on Saturday, Jan. 24, led by movement guide Kat Carter with music by DJ Between Realms from 6-8 p.m.
Carter is a “conscious space creator” who has spent the last 12 years teaching yoga while studying eastern philosophy, somatic therapies and indigenous practices. She created Ecstatic Dance Colorado after discovering that what people seek most is connection.
The dance experience offers a judgment-free space to move intuitively and connect with your inner rhythm. It is an alcohol-free, all-ages event, with the bar offering only non-alcoholic drink options.
