Remember Yoga does not work in one day it takes time but if your are consistent the result is 100%

The immunity-boosting power of pranayama (yogic breathwork):
You supercharge the blood with extra oxygen. When you retain the breath, you literally inject more oxygen into the bloodstream. Oxygen is life, so that means you are enriching your blood with a lot of life.

Breathing is an involuntary process that is also partly voluntary. We have no direct control over other involuntary body functions such as digestion, hormone secretions, or our immune system, but we do have a degree of voluntary control over the breath. Furthermore, breathing is a vital life function. This is a unique combination. Thus breathing is a voluntary doorway to the involuntary body, a conscious doorway to the subconscious mind.

Yogic breathing is known as Pranayama (Breathing Techniques). Stress is one of the most serious reasons for poor immune system. When you are stressed out your internal environment is unbalanced and bacteria and viruses start attacking the body. Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) reduces stress levels and fight against anxiety to boost immune system. Through Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) we control our breathing elongating the inhales and exhales which help to improve our nervous system, provide more oxygen in our blood and anxiety levels begin to abate. Consequently our body automatically re-balance and restore immune system.
