Onelife Fitness, the health club pioneer known as the Best Value in Fitness, today announced its 2026 agenda, marking a year of significant expansion and sustained momentum fueled by strong demand for high-quality, affordable fitness solutions and a welcoming, community-driven club experience.
With more than 70 locations spanning 3.5 million square feet – and growing – across the East Coast, Onelife Fitness will continue to expand strategically in 2026, bringing more new clubs with modern amenities, innovative fitness programming and challenges, expert professionals, and thoughtfully designed spaces to eager members and communities. In January alone, Onelife Fitness celebrated the opening of four new clubs in Alabama, North Carolina, and Georgia, as well as the completion of multiple renovation projects, including a 12,000-square-foot expansion of the Ballston club in Arlington, VA.

In 2025, Onelife Fitness made significant impact across multiple regions and advanced its growth strategy, including:
North Carolina: Onelife Fitness opened its first club in the state in Apex and began construction on a second location in the Durham-Chapel Hill at Patterson Place as part of a broader plan to invest and build over 15 fitness centers in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle. The two locations represent $25 million in investment with more to come!
Maryland: Onelife Fitness announced an $18 million investment in a new 60,000-square-foot club in Box Hill, Abingdon, and over $12 million for a 66,000-square-foot Annapolis location, reinforcing its commitment and focusing on full-service experiences built around member outcomes.
Virginia: Onelife Fitness announced new investments in 2025, including an $11 million sports club planned for Ashburn (opening summer 2026), the acquisition and renovation of two clubs in Fairfax and Seven Corners Falls Church, and a 50,000-square-foot, $12 million prominent future location in Fairfax’s Mosaic District, expanding access to Onelife Fitness’ premium-yet-affordable experience.
Georgia: Onelife Fitness opened two new clubs, one in Hamilton Mill, another in Macon, and is now set to announce an exciting new location in the Atlanta area, adding to its 16 clubs in the region.
South Carolina: Onelife Fitness debuted five newly renovated clubs around Columbia, which it had acquired and upgraded to bring them to the Onelife Fitness standard.
Alabama: Onelife Fitness opened its first club in McCalla, Bessemer, a 58,000-square-foot facility, and a second location at Lee Branch is currently under construction. Future plans for additional clubs in the Birmingham area are in development.
Across the Onelife Fitness network of over 70 clubs, renovations and investments are focused on bringing new equipment and the latest recovery services to nearly every location.
