JWell, a program of B’nai Jeshurun Congregation in Pepper Pike, is holding a series of programming sessions to promote wellness.
Music for Daily Living, a twice monthly music therapy program for those with neurodegenerative conditions, will be held every other Thursday through April. The programming will be held Feb. 5, Feb. 19, March 12, March 26, April 16 and April 30 from 11 a.m. to noon in the youth lounge at the synagogue at 27501 Fairmount Blvd.
The sessions are led by board-certified neurologic music therapist Beth Friedman-Romell. Attendees are encouraged to pay what they can with a suggested fee of $10 per session. There is no charge for caregivers.
