The solution: immediate relief meets preventive training The joint “Back Reset & Stabilization” program from NGmeds and Anytime Fitness offers a comprehensive solution that combines immediate relief for existing problems with long-term prevention. The program is divided into two phases: Phase 1: Immediate recovery (NGmeds) For rapid relief of back problems and muscle recovery, employees receive two packs of the innovative Back Tape. This problem-solving measure creates the necessary basis for resuming exercise and training. Phase 2: Sustainable stabilization (Anytime Fitness)
In the second phase, the focus is on targeted muscle building to prevent recurring problems in the long term. This part of the program includes: Kick-off & on-site analysis: A professional posture analysis and BIA measurement are carried out directly at the company (in 15-minute slots during working hours) to determine the individual status quo of the employees.
Training & support in the studio: Employees receive an individual training plan, a detailed medical history interview, and a BIA body analysis at the Anytime Fitness studio. 2-month premium membership: Participants can use Anytime Fitness’s first-class training equipment around the clock (5:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.).
Performance review: Trainers and therapists are available to provide support. After approximately 10 training sessions, a follow-up appointment is scheduled to adjust the training plan, followed by a final appointment at the end of the two-month program. Exclusive discount for corporate customers The B2B health package is offered to companies at a discounted price. This is almost half the regular total value. Companies can also benefit from tax allowances for workplace health promotion (up to EUR600 per employee per year tax-free in accordance with ? 3 No. 34 EStG).
