ROCHESTER, Minn. — Rochester Community and Technical College’s Dental Hygiene program is teaming up with Winona State University’s Bridges Health to offer free health care services to veterans.

The collaboration, known as Winchester Wellness, will provide these services on February 10 and 17, 2026, at the RCTC Dental Hygiene Clinic located at the Heintz Center. Dental Hygiene students will offer complimentary services, including dental cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, and exams.

Additionally, graduate students in nursing and social work from Bridges Health will provide wellness support, offering resources for housing, food, and preventative care.

The 3rd District of the American Legion Auxiliary and its juniors will also contribute by providing free dental care kits. All active, reserve, and retired military personnel, along with anyone who has served in the military, are eligible for these services.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling RCTC’s Dental Clinic at 507-280-3169. For those needing transportation assistance, Tammy Thayer can be contacted at 507-319-4349.
