An ice bath and wood-fired sauna truck is taking wellness on the road.
The first of its kind in the UK, the mobile wellness unit is bringing contrast therapy to Gosport and beyond.
Created by the founders of Men Who PLNGE and Women Who PLNGE in Lee-on-the-Solent, the 7.5-tonne vehicle features two ice baths and a wood-fired sauna that can seat up to six people.

Kat Thorne, who co-founded the project with Stu Benfield, said: “Both Stu and I have experienced first-hand the positive effects of cold water dipping, particularly on mental health.
“It’s always been Stu’s dream to make this more accessible, so people can experience the benefits of contrast therapy for themselves.
“After taking a courageous step to apply for a business loan, he bought and renovated the truck, along with help from some of the Men Who PLNGE and 7 February marks a really special milestone for us.
“We want this to be for everyone.
“As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we’ll be applying for funding so that people who might not otherwise be able to afford this kind of experience can still benefit from it.”
The official launch will take place on Saturday, February 7, from 10am to 3pm at Gosport and Fareham Rugby and Football Club, where the truck will initially be stationed.
Guests can book a free 15-minute session during the launch event.

Mr Benfield started Men Who PLNGE after turning to sea dipping during a difficult period in his life.
The group now brings together men at Lee-on-the-Solent every Sunday for cold water, conversation, and connection.
Inspired by this, Ms Thorne launched Women Who PLNGE to create a similar space for women further down the beach.
More than 50 women now gather weekly.
Mr Benfield said: “Ultimately, this is about creating a space where people can recover, reset and refuel – together.
“We want to take the truck to workplaces, festivals, and community events, spreading the message that contrast therapy can transform your mindset, build resilience and help people reconnect, both with themselves and each other.”
Additional free taster sessions will be announced after the launch.
Full 50-minute sessions will cost £15 and will be available from February 8.
