BEL AIR, MD — Two suspects from Florida have been arrested and charged in connection to a series of vehicle break-ins that happened Nov. 25, 2025, at Orange Theory Fitness.
Around 6:03 a.m., people reported four vehicles broken into outside the business at 331 Baltimore Pike. Bel Air police officers stated that passenger side windows were shattered on two vehicles while two others had been left unlocked.
Items stolen included credit and debit cards, Maryland driver’s licenses, U.S. currency, electronic devices, personal property and vehicle keys that, when combined with property damage to the vehicles, adds up to $1,900, the Bel Air Police Department stated.
Surveillance footage captured two suspects arriving in the parking lot in a dark colored newer model Chevy Equinox. Cameras caught the suspects breaking windows, removing property and fleeing the area.
On Nov. 26, 2025, the East Earl Township Police Department in Pennsylvania was investigating a fraud incident, which recovered clothing and property that had been stolen from the vehicles in Bel Air and seen on the surveillance footage.
Keon Lamar Davis and Kerlange Noel, Florida residents, have been arrested and charged with multiple counts of theft, malicious destruction of property and conspiracy related to the break-ins. Arrest warrants have been issued for both men.
