NEW YORK—Clinique, a leading dermatologist guided skincare to makeup brand, has announced a visionary collaboration in the U.S. with Acuvue, a leading contact lens brand from Johnson & Johnson Vision, to advance eye education in beauty and vision by informing consumers that they can wear contacts and eye makeup confidently. The collaboration highlights Clinique’s ability to create high-performance eye makeup products that follow Clinique’s Eye Safety Promise, in tandem with Acuvue’s expertise in contact lens comfort, the announcement noted.

The collaboration between Clinique and Acuvue is founded on a key promise from each brand. Clinique offers its Eye Safety Promise, a distinct commitment ensuring that all its eye makeup products are ophthalmologist tested, safe for sensitive eyes, and safe for contact lens wearers. Acuvue complements this with its Acuvue Comfort Promise, guaranteeing 100 percent satisfaction within 90 days due to “the unparalleled comfort of their contact lenses.”

To bring this initiative to life, Clinique and Acuvue said they will roll out a multi-channel consumer education campaign featuring expert-driven content, engaging digital activations, and consumer experiences.
