Khemia has become a minority shareholder of Aire Ancient Baths
The partnership will see a progressive opening of facilities in selected international markets

Bathing facility operator Aire Ancient Baths has partnered with strategic investor Khemia to accelerate its plan to expand internationally.
Khemia has become a minority shareholder of Aire Ancient Baths. The funds (details of which remain undisclosed) will facilitate the progressive opening of new bathing facilities in selected international markets.

Aire Ancient Baths
Aire Ancient Baths was founded in 2001, with its first bathing facility in Seville in Spain. The concept takes inspiration from Greek, Roman and Ottoman traditions.
The company’s network of wellness facilities comprises 10 properties in nine cities in Europe and North America. Each one offers hydrotherapy bathing circuits and body treatments within architecturally similar settings.
