Gwyneth Paltrow shared some of her wellness go-tos on Instagram.
Not all of Gwyneth Paltrow’s go-tos come from Goop.
The actress and lifestyle maven shared a photo dump on Instagram last week, featuring all of the “old wellness standbys” she comes “back to again and again.”
And while her must-haves include a Clearlight sauna and a Prenuvo full-body scan, she also included several supplements, including the Sakara Protein + Greens Super Powder she called her “newest obsession.”
Whether mixed into smoothies or blended into baked recipes, the formula contains 12 grams of complete plant protein per serving, plus alkalizing greens and detoxifying algae.

In addition to offering several supplements, the brand recently collaborated with the weekly, subscription-based meal delivery service Factor — so whether you’re a busy professional or a fitness enthusiast, you won’t need a Goop-level budget to enjoy gourmet prepared meals.
Paltrow’s personal wellness lineup also includes BodyBio Balance Oil, Pacific Foods Hemp Milk, Kroma Super Core Longevity Colostrum and Armra Health Revival Colostrum — all of which appeared on her kitchen counter in the recent video.

Armra’s also popped up in several other stars’ Instagram content, including Jennifer Aniston, Kourtney Kardashian and Sofia Richie Grainge.
New York Post Commerce Reporter Miska Salemann was impressed when she tried it out, saying: “After two weeks of use, I began to experience some of the benefits reviewers rave about: elevated mood, improved sleep, and increased energy. Even my gut felt more settled after meals.”
Rounding out her slideshow, Paltrow shared a photo of a bowl of BodyHealth Perfect Amino packets in a variety of flavors. (Rebecca Minkoff once told Page Six Style they’re among her essentials, too.)

“I consider an amino supplement a beauty product,” the fashion designer told us in 2024.
“It gives your body much-needed protein that helps your skin, hair and nails shine strong and helps me get closer to my protein goals each day.”
