Cuatrecasas has advised cosnova Beauty, one of Europe’s largest cosmetics and make-up groups, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Spanish company Niche Beauty Lab, which specialises in developing high-performance, science-based skincare products in its own laboratories.
With this acquisition, cosnova is taking the next step in its growth strategy and strengthening skincare as a strategic pillar for the future within one of the fastest-growing segments of the beauty industry.
