1. Vitamin E capsules on the face- The internet loves it but in reality it’s too heavy and comedogenic.
It can clog pores and worsen acne.
2. Steroid creams on the face without prescription
Expecting a quick glow today can give you long-term damage tomorrow, so let your dermat to its job.
3. Biotin supplements for hair los- Unless there’s a true deficiency (which is rare), biotin doesn’t treat hair fall, it can actually worsen acne.
4. Frequent use of fake eyelashes & lash glue, can look glamorous, but repeated use can damage natural lashes and irritate the eyelids and also lead to lash breakage and thinning.
