Now based in Los Angeles, Schneider embodies the wellness lifestyle she has built into Ritual. “In L.A. I’m surrounded by some of the most renowned teachers and thought leaders in the world when it comes to health and wellness,” she says, calling out inspirational Pilates legend Saul Choza and yoga icon Dharma Mitra. “I love how outdoorsy L.A. is as well, and also how ethnically diverse it is. I live near Koreatown and Little Ethiopia, and I think some of the healthiest cultures are not our own—we have so much to learn.”
At home, wellness is about habit. “The idea is that nutrition and mental health are always at the center,” says the mom of three. “The most foundational things I can elevate from a routine, to a habit, to a ritual.”
As Ritual continues its rise as one of the most successful women’s health brands in the country—it just launched at Costco in January—Schneider’s influence now stretches far beyond supplements. In Oct. 2025, she debuted her first book, Help Your Self, translating her philosophy into an approachable guide for building a wellness-oriented life and cutting through fear-based myths and fads.
Her focus now is on what’s next for women’s health. “Personally, perimenopause is on my horizon,” she says. “In many ways, I have grown up with our customers. As Ritual continues its trajectory toward being the most trusted platform for women’s health, we will develop products for every life stage, including perimenopause. I look forward to being transparent about what ingredients our products will use, self-funding studies on our specific formulas, and bringing science to the forefront of the perimenopause space—a space that has been historically overlooked.”
For Schneider, who is “passionate about investing in women’s health research,” it comes back to trust. “Above all—I believe that every woman deserves to know what she is putting in her body, why she should put it in her body and whether or not it actually works.”

6:00–7:00 a.m. “I wake up at 6 a.m., and drink room temperature water, then make my kids sourdough crepes with einkorn flour. Then I’ll take my Ritual stress capsule with saffron, ashwagandha and L-theanine.”

7:00–8:00 a.m. “I drink a strong Americano using organic Kings Road Cafe beans, drop my kids off at school and head to my workout.”

8:00–9:00 a.m. “I alternate between Saul Choza pilates, Joe K yoga, Heimat strength training with Dilan, Zoe or Hailey at Glow Pilates, or my at-home reformer and jumpboard. Then, I do a quick rinse using Osea cleansers, Goldfaden MD facial scrub and apply Ilia SPF tint and Tower 28 lip oil.”

9:00–11:00 a.m. “I start working at 9 a.m. at my standing desk with a DeerRun treadmill. Two times a week I go into the Ritual offices at The Preserve in Hollywood.”

11:00–12:00 p.m. “For breakfast four times a week, I eat a mix I prefreeze with Ritual protein, spinach, berries, creatine, fiber, spirulina and sometimes marine collagen, which I turn into an ice cream bowl using the Ninja Creami and top with hemp seeds. I use a resistance band during Zoom meetings to stretch and work my glutes.”

12:00–2:00 p.m. “From 12 to 2 p.m. I take most of my one-on-one meetings while walking, sometimes meet at Sightglass or Erewhon, and occasionally meet people at Poinsettia Park for a round of tennis.”

2:00–6:00 p.m. “For lunch, I usually pre-make a chopped cauliflower tabouli with a protein and eat a mostly macrobiotic meal with grains, greens, seaweed and fermented foods. At 5 p.m. I get a facial with Sylvia at Original Face, or sometimes go to Kosha for buccal massage with Olga.”

6:00–7:00 p.m. “I have dinner with my family and usually eat something light like a Nabe stew or kimchee tofu stew, so it doesn’t impact my sleep. I also practice MCC, which is not intermittent fasting but lets my digestion rest for long periods of time.”

7:00–9:30 p.m. “At 7 p.m., I take Ritual Magnesium with Tart Cherry to wind down, my synbiotic, a HyaCera skin supplement and my essential multivitamin. Then at 8 p.m. I gua sha my face while reading to my kids. Sometimes, I use a red light and also gua sha their faces and hair to help them fall asleep. At 9 p.m. I listen to my friend Niki Trosky’s sound bath meditation before bed, and sleep with an organic cotton weighted blanket and a silk pillow cover—my non-negotiables for good sleep.”
