SO THIS IS BASICALLY A LOT OF CORE EXERCISES. WORKING THE TRICEPS, THE CHEST AND THE LOWER ABS. I PUT THE STICK FOR YOU OKAY, DENISE IS FOR KARATE, BUT WE’RE NOT GONNA USE HIYA. SO YOU PUT THE STICK OVER OVER YOUR SHOULDERS LIKE THAT, OKAY? AND AT HOME YOU CAN DO DIFFERENT STRETCHES. GOING TO THE SIDE LIKE THIS. I WANT TO BE IN. I DON’T WANT TO HIT YOU, CHARLIE.
