MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -WMTV’s Leigh Mills speaks on Monday with Investigate TV’s Caresse Jackman about hair relaxers and treatments that are used in salons, commonly in the Black community.
Those treatments and hair relaxers create chemicals when they are heated. Jackman digs deeper into the complaints to the FDA and OSHA from both customers and hairstylists about the various reactions.
