A Tinley Park man was charged with battery after he groped a female employee at Pure Barre fitness center in Orland Park, police said.
Shaquille D. Eubanks, 29, of Tinley Park, was arrested on Jan. 26 and charged with battery at Pure Barre, 14932 LaGrange Road, police said.
Business employees told police that Eubanks was “behaving weirdly” and that he had signed up for a free workout.
During the class, Eubanks kept getting closer and closer to a female employee’s personal space, police said.
When the class was over, the employee said he gave her a side hug, and groped her thigh and butt.
According to police, Eubanks was asked to come to the police station and the employee identified him from a lineup and signed a complaint.
He has an April 1 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse and received a lifetime ban from Pure Barre.
