Some men, convinced that low testosterone is the cause of their fatigue, lack of motivation or loss of libido, just want their levels tested. Others want Kelly’s advice on how to take it, or present with side effects after having already done so. Some of those side effects can be severe.
“I have had young patients present with early coronary artery disease, gynaecomastia [breast enlargement] and severe testicular atrophy,” he says.
