FULSHEAR, Texas — A $1.6 million modern farm-style home on more than 1 acre in Fulshear was among the most expensive Houston-area homes sold the week of Feb. 1, according to the Houston Association of Realtors.

The home at 5627 Fulbrook Shores Trace was No. 7 on the list, tied with 23 Watertree Drive in The Woodlands. Both properties were listed for nearly $1.6 million and tied in closing price, according to HAR, which ranks homes by selling price but does not disclose the actual figure.

5627 Fulbrook Shores is located the popular Fulbrook community in Fort Bend County and includes four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half-bath along with a three-car attached garage. An attached “casita” includes a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Outside, the home’s backyard includes direct access to a 2-acre wild goose pond.

Inside, the main home features an open-concept layout, a spacious kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a large primary suite with en suite bath.
