Tickets have opened up for Disney’s Beauty and the Beast for its upcoming run at the Fox Theatre, May 26-31.
Presented by Disney Theatrical Group, under the direction of Andrew Flatt and Anne Quart, and Regions Bank Broadway in Atlanta, the production marks the first North American touring staging of the Disney classic in more than 25 years.
Based on the 1991 Academy Award-winning animated film, Beauty and the Beast premiered on Broadway in 1994 and became one of the longest-running productions in Broadway history. The show earned nine Tony Award nominations, winning for Best Costume Design, and remains one of the highest-grossing Broadway titles of all time.
Its global reach expanded further with international stage productions and the blockbuster 2017 live-action film adaptation, which grossed more than $1 billion worldwide.Directed and choreographed by Matt West, the tour features Alan Menken’s Academy Award-winning score, with songs by Menken and the late Howard Ashman, including the iconic title ballad and the show-stopping “Be Our Guest.” Additional stage songs by Menken and Tim Rice, such as “If I Can’t Love Her” and “A Change in Me,” are also featured.

Philippe as the Beast, Stephen Mark Lukas as Gaston, Danny Gardner as Lumiere, Kathy Voytko as Mrs. Potts, Javier Ignacio as Cogsworth, Harry Francis as LeFou, Kevin Ligon as Maurice, Holly Ann Butler as Madame, Cameron Monroe Thomas as Babette, with Levi Blaise Coleman and Kanoa Edgar alternating as Chip,
