Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua has been making headlines in the NFL offseason as cameras spotted him seemingly on a date with a fitness influencer.
Based on video footage circulating on social media, Nacua was seen in Los Angeles with Sara Saffari, prompting many fans to suggest the two were dating. However, Saffari has responded to the claims in the comment section of the MLFootball post on Instagram that the two were “reportedly dating.”
“We’re siblings chill,” Saffari wrote in the comment section, which received a lot of laughs from fans.
Nacua and Saffari were spotted twice over the last month, but the NFL star has yet to disclose if they are actually dating or have responded to the influencer’s comment.
The pair was first spotted on internet personality Nick Nayersina’s YouTube channel last month in a video. Nacua and Saffari were at a Topgolf location in the video when fans suggested that they were pretty flirty, prompting dating rumors.
The second time they were seen together was in a fan video while walking through the airport. The NFL star looked casual with a black hoodie on as he reached for Saffari’s hand.
These interactions and dating rumors with Saffari follow Nacua being spotted with another influencer last month. The wide receiver was seen with Hannah Stocking at the popular sushi restaurant Matsuhisa in Los Angeles. Neither party spoke out after confirming the date.
Prior to the Stocking sushi meet-up, Nacua shot his shot at actress Sydney Sweeney after she shared what she wants in a partner.
“Athletic and outgoing and funny. I’m a sporty girl, so someone needs to be able to climb a mountain with me, go skydiving with me. And someone who loves their family. I love myself a man…” she explained in an interview with Cosmopolitan.
Nacua seems up for the challenge and posted his response to Sweeney on X with a simple two-word reply: “Love skydiving.”
He followed up by suggesting they had a date planned, but Sweeney never confirmed it.
