Ready to jump in? The celeb-loved brand, which combines trampoline-based rebounder fitness with elements of barre and mat Pilates, is opening its method to select instructors and fitness studios through certification and licensing
About a decade ago, Lauren Kleban was teaching workouts out of her Hancock Park garage, offering a fitness class that felt more like a great party than a gym session.
The garage is long gone. The former professional dancer and celebrity trainer has since traded up for a brick-and-mortar studio in Los Angeles and tens of thousands of active digital subscribers.
Now Kleban is launching the brand’s first-ever Rebounder Cardio Certification Program, opening the Lekfit method to select fitness instructors and studios eager to teach.
“This is something our community has been asking for for years,” Kleban said. “Lekfit started in my home gym, and watching it grow into something instructors across the country want to teach is incredibly meaningful. Certification allows us to preserve the integrity of the method while reaching more people in a hands-on way.”
The program spans the full breadth of the brand’s approach: cardio, strength and recovery, with elements of barre, mat Pilates and rebounder fitness, which is performed on a small trampoline.
“We want to be a one-stop shop,” Kleban said of the Lekfit method last year in an interview with Athletech News. “We want to be a complete workout that adapts as our community grows.”
The application process is selective. Lekfit said it’s introducing the program to a small number of instructors and studios before expanding more broadly.

Those accepted receive ongoing monthly programming and continuing education, access to method updates, discounted Lekfit equipment pricing and a listing on the brand’s official certified instructors page.
The initial certification runs $2,950 for virtual training and $3,450 for in-person. Instructors pay $1,250 annually to maintain their brand license and access to ongoing programming.
The certification program may only be the beginning. Kleban shared a wider vision for where she wants to take Lekfit next.
“Collaborations are at the top of my list,” she said. “I want to go further: studio activations, events, online partnerships, creative pop-ups. There is so much potential in merging fitness with lifestyle. That’s where I want to take Lekfit in the coming years.”
