ROSEBURG, Ore. — The Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians is holding a grand opening for its new Cow Creek Health and Wellness Pharmacy in Roseburg.

The event is set for Wednesday, March 11 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and is open to the public.

The pharmacy is a healthcare option open to anyone in the community.

The pharmacy is located next door to the Tribe’s Roseburg clinic at 2589 NW Edenbower Blvd., allowing for on-site integrated care between providers and pharmacists.

The Tribe says this is an important issue for the community because several local pharmacies in Roseburg have closed over the past year.

“This new facility represents a local investment in healthcare access, not just for Tribal members, but for all,” the Tribe says.

Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians Chairman Carla Keene, CEO Michael Rondeau, the Tribal Board of Directors, and other Tribal Government officers will be in attendance at the grand opening on March 11.
