Fitness content creator Sarah Green, who shares workout tips for 90,000 Instagram followers, announced that her daughter, Honor Forrest, has died.
Sarah is known as The Body Coach and started the company in England.
“My beautiful daughter, Honor. Forever my baby,” penned Green. “Our hearts are broken. There are no words for this kind of pain. As her family and her closest friends, we are holding each other close and leaning on our faith to navigate each day.”
Her death was reported by several outlets, including People.

She doesn’t list a cause of death, but the hashtags #ketamine and #saynotodrugs indicate that it was likely a drug overdose.
