A gym franchise has expanded in Gloucester County as part of a recent 20,000-square-foot deal arranged by The Goldstein Group and Metro Commercial.

The operator, Wolf Fitness, is now open in the Sewell section of Mantua Township under the lease with Timberline Plaza LLC, according to a news release. The business at 660 Woodbury Glassboro Road joins the franchise’s other New Jersey locations — including Brigantine, Northfield and Mullica Hill — offering strength and conditioning programs, personal training and group fitness classes as part of a full range of fitness options.

The Goldstein Group’s Mark Handwerker represented the landlord. Blaine A. Foreman of Metro Commercial represented the tenant, which the brokerage firm said is known for its cutting-edge equipment, expert coaching and motivating atmosphere.

“The addition of Wolf Fitness will create great synergy to the existing tenants at the center and the surrounding community,” Handwerker said. “Timberline Plaza has a strong tenant mix that caters to the active and family-focused lifestyle of the Mantua and Gloucester County communities.”

Neighboring tenants at the property include, Wawa, Target, Lowe’s, Lidl, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Dunkin’, Great Clips, Dollar Tree, PetSmart, Verizon and Wendy’s.
