So she not only knows about makeup and beauty products that look good in real life and photos, but she knows about makeup that lasts throughout the day. Ulta Sale 2026: A Makeup Artist’s Top Picks
Product talk time. There’s a tonnn of things in the Ulta sale that Scotti has and loves, but she breaks down her top ten picks. Some of the products she includes are currently on sale, some will be on sale shortly.
The first thing that Scotti mentions that caught my eye is the IT Cosmetics CC cream with SPF (on sale 3/14). If you hate wearing sunscreen under face makeup and most full-coverage foundations (same), this is the solution. She’s worn it for years, and it’s basically become a nonnegotiable for her vacations. And because of the serum part, it’s not as thick and heavy as a lot of other foundations. IT Cosmetics also has a balm blush and bronzer that Scotti loves, too. It’s half off right now, so I’m suuuper tempted.
