Seed Oils Are Beneficial: The scientific literature supports including seed oils in a well-balanced diet. They provide essential fatty acids that the body cannot produce on its own.

Lower in Saturated Fat: Seed oils are lower in saturated fat compared to animal fats like butter, lard, and beef tallow. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats like seed oils can reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other health problems.
