Marco’s Pizza Opens Doors on Sudley
The City of Manassas is proud to welcome Marco’s Pizza to 9223 Sudley Road and congratulate owner Marcel Clarke on his continued investment in our community. Already the owner of Colonial Commercial Cleaning, Marcel’s second Manassas venture reflects confidence in the City’s growing retail sector. “The most fulfilling part has been building businesses that genuinely serve the community while creating jobs and opportunity,” he shared.
As the only Marco’s currently operating in the City, this opening expands dining options and neighborhood amenities. Marcel notes that Manassas’ strong local pride and support for small businesses have made the experience especially rewarding.

PYF Studio Adds to Cavalry Village’s Growing Momentum
Owner-operator Traci Azato’s transition from engaged local to entrepreneur has taken shape at 9754 Center Street with the opening of PYF Studio, adding to Manassas’ resilient and dynamic business community. Studios like PYF — offering assisted stretching, mobility, and wellness classes — enhance quality of life while building connections among residents. A ribbon cutting was held on March 3 at their new studio.
