The SNAP-Ed Program under the University of Guam Land Grant Extension Service invites community members at least 18 years old to participate in a free nutrition education workshop series, “Spring Into Healthy Habits.”

Each class will feature a light and fresh spring-themed recipe, including crunchy Thai salad, fruit crisps, eskabeche, and spring rolls.

The workshop series will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesdays, April 1, 8, 15, and 22, on the UOG campus in the Agriculture and Life Sciences Building, Room 125.
