SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – The Black Family Wellness Expo will take place at the MLK Dream Center this weekend, focused on improving health outcomes and connecting Black families with local resources and care.
Naomi Adams, president of the South Bend Area Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, appeared on WNDU 16 News Now at Noon to discuss the event.
The free event is open to the public and will feature community resources, wellness information and prizes for the whole family.
The event is Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The MLK Dream Center is located at 1522 Linden Avenue in South Bend.
