Onelife Fitness, a health club operator with a national brand, will be developing a $12 million club in Towson‘s Perring Plaza, the business announced Tuesday.
Located at 1951 E. Joppa Road, Onelife Fitness Towson is expected to open at the end of 2026, the club confirmed.
The 60,000-square-foot club is the company’s 13th location in Maryland and 72nd club on the East Coast, according to a release.
The company also plans to open gyms in Harford County and Annapolis later this year.
The fitness and wellness center will also feature an indoor saltwater pool, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna; recovery and therapy amenities; kids club; locker rooms, a strength training area, cycling studio and more.

We want to make Onelife Fitness the destination for living a happier and healthier life.”
Since 2024, Onelife Fitness has expanded with investments in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia, a company release says.
