Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Registered Dietitian Amanda Settle, owner of Nutrition Wise, recently shared her journey from ballet to nutrition, highlighting the important connection between proper fueling, performance, and overall health. Beginning her ballet training at a young age and later studying at the University of Oklahoma, Settle discovered her passion for nutrition through early mentorship and personal research.
Today, she specializes in gut health and operates a private practice in the Effingham area, helping clients “become the healthiest version of themselves.” In a full-circle moment, she also serves as the dietitian for the Tulsa Ballet.
