32nd AdventHealth Corporate 5K Returns April 30 to Downtown Orlando
ORLANDO, FL (March 20, 2026) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Track Shack Events and AdventHealth are once again bringing Central Florida’s corporate community together to champion workplace wellness, stress relief, and community impact with the 32nd AdventHealth Corporate 5K, taking place Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. in downtown Orlando.
Held exclusively for Florida’s corporate and nonprofit community, the AdventHealth Corporate 5K welcomes more than 13,000 runners and walkers representing 500 company teams for a 3.1-mile run/walk that begins and ends at Lake Eola Park and winds through downtown Orlando.
The event aligns with National Stress Awareness Month and highlights the role physical activity plays in managing stress and supporting overall well-being. The Corporate 5K also serves as a kickoff to National Mental Health Awareness Month and National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, reinforcing the importance of movement, connection, and healthy lifestyles.
“Movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to manage stress and support overall well-being,” said Doug Allen, Senior Manager, Sports & Orthopedic Physical Therapist, AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab. “Events like the Corporate 5K encourage people to care for their mind, body, and spirit by staying active, connecting with others and prioritizing their health in a meaningful, sustainable way.”
Since its inception in 1995, the AdventHealth Corporate 5K has been a cornerstone of corporate camaraderie, wellness, and social responsibility in Central Florida. Proceeds benefit the Track Shack Youth Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting youth health and fitness across Central Florida. Participants are also encouraged to donate food and funds to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, with a 2026 donation goal of 150,000 meals to support neighbors in need.
“Year after year, the Corporate 5K proves that movement brings people together in powerful ways,” said Betsy Hughes, co-owner of the Track Shack Family of Companies. “Partnering with AdventHealth allows us to amplify the message that fitness supports not only physical health, but also stress management, mental well-being, and stronger workplace connections.”
Companies of all sizes are invited to form teams and participate together or virtually. Teams are led by a designated Team Captain who recruits members, builds team spirit, and encourages participation leading up to race day. The event features team scoring across 18 industry categories, spirited contests, and post-race celebrations.
To help participants prepare for race day, Track Shack offers its Zero to Fit training program, a 10-week, beginner-oriented program designed to help first-time runners and walkers safely build endurance and confidence in a supportive group setting. The program reinforces the event’s mission to make workplace wellness accessible and achievable for everyone – especially those just starting their fitness journey. Participants who prefer to train independently can also download a free, easy‑to‑follow eight‑week training guide designed to help runners and walkers prepare for race day.
Registration is open at Corporate5K.com. Entry fee is $35 now through April 17, $40 April 18-23, and $45 April 24-29.
