Carle Health & Fitness Center‘s Fit For All program provides coachled motivation and dynamic training in a group atmosphere.
Fit for All is designed for adults who are new to strength training.
The program teaches functional movements while helping
participants get stronger and perform everyday activities more
easily. It is ideal for individuals who may feel intimidated by using
free weights, including seniors and those looking to enhance their
strength and increase bone density. Modifications for all exercises
are provided to ensure that movements are performed safely and
effectively.
