36Kr has learned that “Full Score Sports”, a full-scenario sports education service provider, recently announced the completion of a Series A financing of tens of millions of yuan. This round of financing was jointly invested by Shunxi Fund and Longhua Capital of Shenzhen Longhua District, and the post-investment valuation reached hundreds of millions of yuan. The funds will be mainly used for C-end market expansion, technology research and development, and team expansion.

Full Score Sports focuses on youth sports education and the sports health field for all age groups. Based on its self-developed “Feichi Big Model”, the first vertical model for youth sports health in China, and the intelligent agent “Teacher Xiaoman”, as well as the visual capture model jointly developed with the National Engineering Research Center for Video and Visual Technology, it has currently built a complete product matrix covering both school and family scenarios, as well as indoor and outdoor scenes. It has been rated as a national high-tech enterprise.

Zhou Yinmeng, the founder of Full Score Sports, has rare composite labels and cross-border experiences: a national first-class athlete, a member of the U17 national youth team, a Doctor of Management from Peking University, a postdoctoral fellow at Beijing Sport University, and a former cadre of the Beijing Financial Bureau. In 2021, Zhou Yinmeng returned to Peking University to serve as the director of the Sports Technology and Health Big Data Laboratory. In 2022, he incubated and founded Full Score Sports. The core members of the company all have composite backgrounds in sports education and business management. The team includes 4 doctors, 15 master’s degree holders, 3 world champions, and 21 athletes above the national first-class level.

Zhou Yinmeng revealed that from 2022 to 2025, the average annual growth rate of Full Score Sports’ contract sales revenue exceeded 100%. In 2026, the company will further increase the school coverage rate of its ToB business and is expected to achieve hundreds of millions of yuan in revenue; the ToC business has officially entered the commercial promotion stage and aims to reach 100,000 users.

1. Self-developed Feichi Big Model and visual capture technology to create an “AI personal trainer”

The myopia rate exceeds 50%, the obesity rate continues to rise, and mental health problems occur frequently… The decline in youth physical fitness and health problems are old stories. “I’ve been working in the sports field for many years, and I’ve increasingly realized that in the entire sports and health market, the most in-demand group is actually teenagers,” Zhou Yinmeng said. On the one hand, the health problems of teenagers are widespread and increasingly severe. On the other hand, although various regions have increased the proportion of physical education classes in schools and the scores of physical education in the high school entrance examination since 2019, this has also made the problems of lack of activity venues, physical education teachers, and scientific training methods in schools more prominent.

Zhou Yinmeng believes that according to the physical and cognitive characteristics of teenagers and scientific sports training knowledge, the “new-era physical education class” should have three characteristics: effective – it can improve students’ sports performance and meet the hard indicators of the high school entrance examination physical education; interesting – it can make children actively love sports instead of being forced into boring training; caring – it can teach students in accordance with their aptitude, prevent injuries and diseases, and establish a sports file for each child.

“Relying on the technological achievements of Peking University in the field of artificial intelligence, we hope to use technological means to implement the concepts of effectiveness, interestingness, and care, so that teenagers can also have the training methods and equipment of professional athletes in the school scenario,” Zhou Yinmeng introduced. The self-developed “Feichi Big Model” of Full Score Sports uses the general big model as the technological foundation and builds a knowledge graph and vertical model algorithm by learning 3 million sports-related literatures globally.

In terms of achieving the “effective” goal, the Feichi Big Model can establish a personalized bone model and sports habit file based on the child’s personal physical file (height, weight, age, BMI, etc.) and recommend targeted training content. “It’s like assigning an AI personal trainer to each child. The general big model can’t reach this level of professionalism,” Zhou Yinmeng said.

To make the training plan more “interesting”, Full Score Sports has made many game-like designs for its course products, such as “PK competitions”. With the help of the visual capture model jointly developed with the National Engineering Research Center for Video and Visual Technology, it can identify the child’s body trajectory in real-time during the sports process, thus supporting interactive training such as confrontation and evasion and improving the child’s sports enthusiasm.

The visual capture model can also guide and correct the child’s movements in real-time. Zhou Yinmeng said, “Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude based on each child’s physical condition, once the movement goes beyond the safety boundary, it will give an early warning to avoid injuries caused by blind training. This is also a kind of care for the children.”

2. Expand from the B-end market of 200 schools to 300,000 C-end family users

By the end of 2025, Full Score Sports had entered 200 schools in 11 cities across the country, including top schools such as the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China, the High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University, Chongqing No. 8 Middle School, Northeast Yucai School, Shenzhen Foreign Languages School, and Hangzhou Xuejun High School. The product has been incorporated into the formal physical education curriculum system, covering over 300,000 youth users.

Zhou Yinmeng explained that every time it enters a new city, Full Score Sports will first cooperate with the local top schools to set up demonstration benchmarks, meeting the schools’ needs in sports education, such as implementing AI-enabled education, upgrading the sports discipline, improving the excellent and good rate of students’ physical health, and solving the problem of insufficient space for sports activities. After forming a demonstration effect, it will promote and apply the product to more schools in the region.

Currently, in the ToB school scenario, for schools lacking physical education teachers, Full Score Sports provides the “Full Score Smart Physical Education Course”, where the company sends full-time teachers to provide a one-stop service of “hardware leasing + courses + model analysis”. Schools can also choose to purchase the “Full Score AI Sports Gym”, which includes intelligent hardware, SaaS systems, and course content. Zhou Yinmeng revealed that the company also provides the “Smart Playground” service for schools, introducing facilities such as visual recognition equipment and intelligent physical testing machines to act as the “referee” in the outdoor sports scenario.

There are not many AI projects targeting the youth sports education track at present. Zhou Yinmeng believes that compared with the existing Internet fitness products on the market, Full Score Sports’ competitive advantage lies in the long-term accumulated school system resources and trust endorsement. Companies focusing on the school AI education scenario often lack the industry know-how and corresponding technical capabilities in the sports professional field. “Our greatest advantage is the team with a composite background of ‘sports + education + technology’, which is difficult for others to imitate.”

Zhou Yinmeng divides the company’s development into “three three-year periods”: in the past three years, by providing good sports education services for schools, it polished its products and accumulated customers; in the current three years, by standardizing and productizing its services, it formed a replicable product matrix; in the next three years, it hopes to rely on the long-term accumulated user sports data to gradually radiate to the health needs of the entire family members – parents, elders, and relatives – behind the student group.

The user accumulation in the school scenario paves the way for Full Score Sports to transform into the broader C-end market. “Parents have natural trust in schools. If the equipment used well by children in school, parents are of course willing to continue using it at home during holidays,” Zhou Yinmeng introduced. Full Score Sports has established an independent C-end team this year. In addition to the “word-of-mouth” brought by student users, Full Score Sports also expands new users by creating well-known teacher IPs on social platforms such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu.

In March this year, the “Full Score Sports APP” targeting the C-end family scenario was officially launched, which includes two major course systems: the low-age game-like physical education course “Full Score Physical Fitness Adventure Island” for children in the transition from kindergarten to primary school and the “Physical Examination Breakthrough” for children aged 9 – 15. In terms of household hardware, Full Score Sports plans to launch a small household rowing machine in September and a portable AI hardware “Sports Eye” that can perform action recognition in any venue by the end of the year.

“Behind each child is a larger family. In the future, we can also extend to related fields such as adult fitness, elderly health, and sports goods e-commerce to become a sports and health platform,” Zhou Yinmeng said.
