TOLEDO, Ohio — A wellness fair in downtown Toledo will offer a variety of screenings and other health resources for free on Friday.

The event, hosted by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, will be held at the company’s welcome center in Fort Industry Square from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The following resources will be available to the public with no RSVP required, according to a press release from the company:

Mammograms for eligible individuals provided by the Mercy Health Mobile Mammography Unit.Blood pressure checks and glucose screenings conducted by Mercy Health nurses.Dental screenings for children and adults and fluoride treatments for children under age 5 from Liberty Dental.A supply of free diapers for up to 75 families distributed by Anthem.Tables staffed by representatives from a dozen community organizations to connect individuals and families to local resources and services.
