Kendall Jenner is bringing 818 Tequila out of the bar and onto the beauty shelves thanks to a new collab with bodycare brand of the moment, Salt & Stone.
The partnership introduces Amber & Agave, a limited-edition scent collection designed to capture the energy of a pre-game ritual with friends. “This collaboration was inspired by one of the best moments of any night out, the time spent getting ready with friends and mixing up cocktails,” says Jenner. “Salt & Stone and 818 both celebrate rituals and magical moments, and we are so excited to bring the brands together.”
Founded by Jenner in 2021, 818 Tequila is already an award-winning drinks cabinet mainstay, but this collection marks the brand’s first-ever foray into the beauty world. It’s not just a gimmick, either — like all Salt & Stone fragrances, the scent profile is a sophisticated, warm-on-skin blend that translates 818’s popular Tequila Añejo into high-performance bodycare. Think top notes of vetiver and tequila, a heart of dark plum and agave, and a dreamy base of vanilla, amber, and white musk.
The scent is available in two formats: a $38 Mini Trio Set (featuring a deodorant, body wash, and body mist that are practically made for your festival bag) and a $49 candle.
It’s a perfect match for Salt & Stone, the LA-based brand founded by former professional snowboarder Nima Jalali. Known for bridging the gap between premium fragrance and active, skin-first formulas, the brand has built a cult following for its minimalist, high-performance bodycare essentials. “Our goal with collaborations is for them to feel fun and push us creatively,” says Jalali. “Developing a scent with 818 gave us a unique lens to work through, drawing inspiration from the desert landscape and smooth tequila notes.”
