HGGC has sold Grand Fitness Partners, a Coral Springs, Florida-based Planet Fitness franchisee, to Flynn Group. No financial terms were disclosed.
As part of the transaction, Monogram Capital Partners, Grand Fitness Partners’ previous majority owner prior to HGGC’s 2021 investment, also exited its remaining position.
