The wellness needs of Americans are changing and Sensi is adapting its wellness services to meet them where they are while on vacation. Today the company launches Sensi Collections, a curated suite of services to address parts of wellness experiences often forgotten.
The first two, Metabolic Health and Cognitive Fitness roll out at Sensei Porcupine Creek (Rancho Mirage, California) and Sensei Lānaʻi, A Four Seasons Resort (Lanai City, Hawaii), starting today. The company will expand the offering to Sensei at Zadún Los Cabos, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve (San José del Cabo, Mexico) soon.
“While Sensei’s signature multi-day programs offer a structured, holistic approach to wellness, more guests are increasingly seeking targeted, flexible experiences. In today’s fast-paced world, many travelers simply don’t have the time to dedicate a long vacation to their health,” Michelle Clapperton, vice president of wellness operations at Sensei, told Newsweek.
These new courses are designed to help guests of the elite resorts dive deper into their personal wellness journey at a pace that is right for them. They complement the resorts’ multi-day programs and can be experienced on their own. More importantly, the rigor is intentionally designed to help participants learn about, practice and then implement the wellness strategies into their daily routine once returning home.

The Courses are led by Sensi Guides who use technology and data-driven insights to curate the right experience for the guest.
Sensei’s three-session Metabolic Health Collection informs guests on how daily habits influence metabolic function including how the body converts food to energy, maintains cells, and supports overall health. Guests use an over-the-counter lifestyle device to engage in continuous glucose monitoring and digest the results as a learning takeaway when combined with real-team data and expert guidance.
The two-session Cognitive Fitness Collection strives to give guests a deeper understanding of how their mind works, including how lifestyle patterns positively or negatively shape mental clarity and resilience. Guests will also learn how to train essential kills like reaction time, visual memory and attention. Data also plays a big role in the courses, with cognitive assessments performed.
“As wellness becomes more deeply integrated into everyday life, expectations are evolving, with a noticeable rise in last-minute bookings and demand for adaptable options,” Clapperton said. “At the same time guests are becoming increasingly savvy and curious about their own wellbeing and their personal health data that influences it… These offerings combine Sensei’s personalized approach with focused programming, enabling guests to zero in on specific wellness interests without a lofty price tag or length of stay commitment usually associated with a wellness retreat.”
