Aimee Gaines, a certified personal fitness trainer is offering fitness training classes Monday-Friday 5:30 & 6:30 PM at the former Paden City High School. If interested, call Aimee at 304-815-5539. The Paden City Development Authority is happy to welcome Aimee to utilize the room for fitness training.

‘Getting my Fit Together’ with Aimee is a one-stop-shop Fitness Boutique. Aimee is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, nutritionist, and Drumba instructor. She offers accommodating classes for all fitness levels, including modifications and seated workout. She started her journey eight years ago when she decided to start putting herself first and gave working out a try. She fell in love instantly. The more she progressed, the more she wanted to help other women who are ready to live for themselves and get out of their comfort zone like she did.

She started with getting her personal training certification and did individual workouts with clients. As she saw the potential for group workouts, she started her own business.

She saw Cork Bowen getting the keys to Paden City High School on Facebook and jumped on the opportunity. She secured a room at the high school and the rest is history. She has a passion for making something out of the former high school and ensuring it is occupied and used by the community and others.

‘Getting my fit Together’ offers a wide variety of classes, mixed Alani drinks, and a family-like environment. Aimee always wants to help others live their best life and have fun while bettering themselves. She hopes to see more ladies join the Getting my Fit Together with Aimee family soon!
